| FINGERPRINTS |

|
A funny, heart-warming show about all of us through the eyes of one of us. What really identifies us as individuals? What stories do we have to tell? Avigail tries to identify her own fingerprint ten years after her first one woman show.
Accompanied by her long time musical director Peter Bailey & through an eclectic array of songs written by composers as diverse as George Gershwin, Leonard Bernstein, Jason Robert Brown, William Finn & Amanda McBroom, Avigail asks the question what is a fingerprint? An individual ID card, our own personal entrée into the world. It’s just like a heartbeat, unique yet universal.

BY MINUTE |

Minute by minute, moment by
moment, we live our lives. Each moment brings with it a myriad
of sensations. We mark our lives by our dreams, desires, and
memories, by the rushing by of the seconds, minutes and hours
of our everyday existence, by the rites of passage we all undergo,
by milestones that we embrace. What if we dispensed with our
watches? What if we let time go? Would it change the moments
and feelings we experience...minute by minute?

| PORTRAITS
OF LIFE |
|
|
This show is about people,
places and times... it's about individuals and their stories...
Every story, just like a painting, gives us an insight into a
world that might be familiar, or perhaps very different to our
own; one where we can take comfort or see things through new
eyes.
Using the songs of a variety
of composers from Gershwin to Simon and Garfunkel, from Sondheim
to Bucchino, from jazz to showtunes, from folk to pop and with
her own unique sense of humour, Avigail will explore life through
all its facets.
There are lots of GOOD songs,
but it seems that the really GREAT songs are the onres that tell
us a story and that's what this show is all about - Portraits
of Life.
